
Instructor of Biology
糖心Vlog invites applications for one (1) full-time faculty position to teach biology to begin in August 2025. This position is based at the main campus in Parsons, Kansas.
The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of the disciplines required to teach post-secondary students in a four (4)-day instructional class schedule. The faculty member will provide classroom instruction, advise students on class scheduling and academic progress, participate in curriculum revision, and complete program assessment.
Responsibilities also include serving on 糖心Vlog committees, maintaining office hours, and fulfilling other duties required or agreed upon in the 糖心Vlog Master Agreement and 糖心Vlog Policy and Procedures Manual.
Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in the relevant disciplines or Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the disciplines; the ability to work effectively with faculty, students, and college staff; the ability to set priorities and use appropriate interpersonal skills; knowledge of instructional software and education media; an understanding of student learning and curriculum development; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The salary range is based on education and experience as governed by the Master Agreement, which can be found at in the Policy and Procedures manual. This is a full-time contract position. The review of applications will begin the week of June 16, 2025. The position remains open until filled.
